THE ROLE
我们正在寻找一位精力充沛的销售代表，来签约您所在本地市场的商家。您将在他们的工作场所与老板们见面：包括他们的店铺、餐厅和办公室，以及本地商业活动、市场和社区集会。您将向他们展示更优质的 POS 系统和更低的交易手续费如何帮助他们更快地服务客户，并保留更多每笔销售的利润。小企业主做决定非常迅速，因此销售周期很短，您可以促成大量交易。
COMPENSATION
$3,000/month base salary ($36,000/year)
9x bonus on every account you sign. For each merchant you close, we take the account’s average monthly profit over its first 2 full months of processing and multiply it by 9. That full amount is paid to you as a one-time bonus.

Uncapped. Every account you close earns its own bonus.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Run quick POS demos and processing-savings comparisons with owners
Close deals and walk merchants through the application and onboarding process

Track your pipeline and activity, and hit monthly new-account targets
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
具备户外销售经验；有POS、商户服务、零售或餐饮款待行业经验者尤佳
Comfortable approaching owners on the spot and starting a conversation
弹性工作时间，包括在业务最繁忙的部分晚上和周末
Basic understanding of credit card processing (or a willingness to learn fast)
Self-motivated, organized, and competitive
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
Strong communication skills in English; Spanish is a plus
